good mornig sir Iam cecelia antony and I am 42 year female Iam suffering from back pain inbetween bottom portion of spine and buttock top portion at the tip for the past 5 month after second dilevery no relive after medication yeterday doctor gace medicine for seven day and adviced mri request ur suggetion
Hi This type of pain generally arise due to inadequate and improper exercise after pregnancy. For this type of pain you should do williams abdomen exercise along with post pregnency exercise to tighten the muscles of pelvic floor thought by physiotherapist. Beside this you start carrying soft cushion with you and sit on it wherever you go...dont use hard surface. Take a tub full of mild hot water and sit in that for 15minutes. Get well soon. Thank you.
