Hi
This type of pain generally arise due to inadequate and improper exercise after pregnancy.
For this type of pain you should do williams abdomen exercise along with post pregnency exercise to tighten the muscles of pelvic floor thought by physiotherapist.
Beside this you start carrying soft cushion with you and sit on it wherever you go...dont use hard surface.
Take a tub full of mild hot water and sit in that for 15minutes.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
