ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

from your ct report , it looks like that you are having a mild infection in your sinuses and this unlikely to cause the ear pain.
You may be having what is called as recurrent parotitis or recurent infection of the external ear , and there can be many reasons for this including high sugar level or decrease in your immune status.
please dont worry and meet your immunologist or ent doctor for further advice and guidance.
Thanks
