How To Heal Skin Rash,burning Followed By Skin Peeling With Headache And Fatigue While Temporary Relief With Prednisolone?
Hello, my name is Kerrell. I am 50 years old and in very good health except for a rash that started to appear on my face and neck about 3 months ago. When the rash is evident, it appears only on the left side of my face and neck but over both eye brows. I get an awful headache and feel unwell and lethargic at this time. The rash burns my skin and my skin becomes flakey and peels. The rash disappears after 3 pr 4 days of taking prednisolone, but then reappears 4 days after I stop taking it..... What do you think??

It is not yet diagnosed.Who advised prednisolone? Herpes infection to be ruled out. Is it coming for the first tiime or a recurrent infection? Till it is diagnosed, you can apply caladril lotion,take some vitamin C and analgesic. Complete haemogram and blood sugar to be done.With the result skin specialist can be consulted.

It is the allergic reaction to some thing,that may be the food,clothes,wool,cosmetics,soap etc.
If you make a list of the things in the recent 3 months,you may come to a conclusion,which is allergic to you. And can avoid it.
If you can't find the thing you consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms, levocitrizine,montelekast,and triamcinolone40mg injection every fort night.
