I think I have a chalazion. I have a bump on my upper eyelid that's getting bigger. It's squishier now. I also have a harder and much smaller one on the same eye but in the lower eyelid. That one is not visible but the one on the upper eyelid is very visible. Is it a chalazion?
Hello It seems from the history that you are having a bump on the eyelid. This can be because of inflammation of one of the glands of the eyelids. The common swelling seen on the eyelid are stye, internal hordeokum and chalazion. The other swellings seen on the eyelid are sebaceous cyst, dermoid cyst.... Hence this requires examination for conformation of diagnosis. Chalazion is a small swelling present away from lid margin with presentation towards conjunctiva and it is typically painless.
Thank you
