i have just been told that I have low blood count. What does it mean for me. What should i do to bring up the blood count because I am having surgery in a month. I am disable and money is my problem. I want an answer to my question but can t pay. can you help me anyway
Take iron supplements, have dates, beetroot, pomegranate, drumstick leaves and include green leafy vegetables in your diet. Yet, if your HB is too low then you should consult a doctor. Be very careful with your diet, have more iron rich foods, have B complex supplements.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dona Raj, Dentist
