How To Increase Height By Exercising?

i hav been going to gym frm last 3 weeks....i have been regularly doing biceps,triceps,back,shoulder,chest,abs and thigh workout....im 18 now nd my height is 169 cm....im taller than my parents,they are about 156cm....does going 2 gym stop my height ??? and how can i increase my height ???

hi. Going to the gym does not stop you from increasing in height. Height is based on genetics and nutrition. Make sure you consume 40% protein, 40% carbohydrates and 20% fats keeping the calorie intake at 2200 kcal per day. Making sure you provide your body good nutrition will certainly help prevent stunting of growth spurt.
