How To Increase Height?
Hello doctor I m 19 and I m 5 6 . My dad s a little shorter than me right now and I m afraid if height will stop right here, as it might be a reason of heredity. Is there any possible way I can grow tall upto at least 3 inches? I m really worried. Thanks

* As per my clinical experience, the height achievement is determined by hormones level as that of growth hormone and other sex hormones.
* There will be natural height burst upto the age of 21 years, following which the height rise will be stopped on natural grounds.
* As your height is 5 feet 6 inches, there is nothing to worry about to raise it via artificial hormones and mess up the natural growth.
