General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the semen report is indicative of structural abnormality of the sperm rather than secondary to infection or else. It is the root pathology lying at either sertoli cells of testis, seminiferous tubules or seminal vesciles which are responsible for such issue.

When there is manufacturing defect, medicines do not work at all and one needs its diagnosis with:
- Testicular biopsy
- Doppler ultrasound of testis, vas deference, epididymis
- Hormone panel of testosterone, LH, FSH

If rest of the reports are available with you, I would be eager to answer forward this query in greater details please.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
