I really appreciate your concern, it does not seem to be azoospermia (No sperm ) or oligospermia (Less sperm) so it can be treated but still it may requires some treatment, it is advisable to repeat the test after some abstinent period (No ejaculation till the said period by means of any mean) of 15 days then you would likely get the best result hope this information helps.
