If bleeding occurs you may have to take these medications for next 3-4 cycles to get a sustained result. There may be estrogen deficiency causing such abnormalities. In that case you may need to take estradiol valerate inj followed by sysron N for 7days. There are also chances of pcos or uterine synechea causing such abnormalities. In refractory cases you may have to visit a gynecologist to rule out such pathologies.
