Thanks for your question on HCM. MI is very serious disease and you should not depend on your self for diagnosis. There are many ECG changes in MI but most commonly seen are 1. ST segment elevation of more thsn 1 mm. 2. Deep T wave inversions of more than 1 mm 3. Fresh LBBB (Left Bundle Branch Block). It is not easy to diagnose MI for layman and not wise as well. Because this is life threatening disease and you have to consult doctor when you are symptomatic.
