Hello and welcome to HCM, The blood work up shows differential blood counts. The differential counts of all total white counts is within normal limits. In Rheumatoid arthritis, anemia is the predominant hematological finding. The differential counts is not usually affected in case of rhematoid arthritis. You need to get a complethemogram done.
