I'm 30 did a scan after a miscarriage and the report reads. USS shows a bulky uterus with AP diameter of 5.2cm. The uterine outline is, regular. There is a collapsed intrauterine gestational sac with mixed echogenic tissue in themed-cavity. The liquor volume appears adequate. Internal cervical OS closed. Both adnexa appears free. Pouch of Douglas is empty. No cyst. No fibroid.
You report suggests that abortion is not complete. Incomplete abortion is indicated by the presence of collapsed intrauterine gestational sac with mixed echogenic tissue in the mid cavity. There is no signs of live fetus. You should consult your doctor. You may be asked for wait and watch or may need some intervention. Get well soon.
