malaria and dengue

3.Yes , you have to confirm it by Western blotting test
4.These are OD values for various Antigens(Ag) These values are to compared with given OD values for a positive , negative or indeterminate result and accordingly interpreted .These OD values are unique for one type of test with one reagent .Single values can't be interpreted.
5.The main difference between 3rd generation
ELISA tests (also called rapid HIV tests which check for
antibodies only) and DUO tests, as DUO HIV tests check for both antibodies and P24 antigen.
