How To Keep Blood Pressure Levels Under Control?

I took a nap earlier today and when I woke up I felt like my blood pressure was high....it was 123/92 heart beat 79. I made some peppermint tea with cayenne pepper and tumeric and it cam down to 107/80 heart 80. It has been fluctuating up and down I just checked it and it was 117/90 heart beat 80. How can keep the bottom number down?

Dear;
Although there is two components of b.p systolic and diastolic. the upper range for systolic to be considered hypertension is 140 and range for diastolic is 90.
In these terms u r not an hypertensive.
As far as reduction is considered mild blood pressure can be well controlled by dietary modifications and life style changes only.
U reduce ur salt content to minimal possible amount and also reduce fat content increase the fiber content in ur food and simplly a short 15 mins exercise daily twice is all u need to do.
Keep a record of ur blood pressure ib ur notes.
If u have gross fluctuations than visit a physician.
Thanks
