Having this much weight is really over weight and it should be reduced.
Firstly you should rule out,
Hypothyroid,
Diabetes.
This is common among these two problem.
If there are no such problem then go for strict diet regime like,
1, avoid fatty food completely,
2, avoid sweets, chocolates, pudding, cheese, panier etc.
3,take moderate amount of carbohydrates.
4,Avoid fried and junk food.
5, take two principle meals, in the morning and evening, no food or any thing in between.
If you feel hungry take salads only.
6, go for regular exercises daily like running, walking, swimming for 30-35 minutes a day for 5 days in a week.
7, Avoid sedentary life style.
