How To Loose Body Weight?

doctor i need to reduce weight.my weight is 75kg. and height is 5 feet.it is not the correct weight for my age.i m 22 now..my main problem is over weight and due to my over weight i have periods problem but as of now i have a regular periods.suggest me a complete diet plan so that i can reduce my weight.i cant increase my height now but i can reduce my weight according to my height.Thanks in advance

Hi,
Having this much weight is really over weight and it should be reduced.
Firstly you should rule out,
Hypothyroid,
Diabetes.
This is common among these two problem.
If there are no such problem then go for strict diet regime like,
1, avoid fatty food completely,
2, avoid sweets, chocolates, pudding, cheese, panier etc.
3,take moderate amount of carbohydrates.
4,Avoid fried and junk food.
5, take two principle meals, in the morning and evening, no food or any thing in between.
If you feel hungry take salads only.
6, go for regular exercises daily like running, walking, swimming for 30-35 minutes a day for 5 days in a week.
7, Avoid sedentary life style.
Ok and take care.
