dear mam/sir i am 27 yr old before one year and ten month i had miscarriage of 7 weeks as per reports..doctor suggestion for dnc. that time my weight was 66 kg now i want to became pregnant but doctor says i have to reduces my weight right now my weight is 71 kgs..pls tell me what should i do...? and also tell me for right diet chart for weight loss my lower abdominal, thigh, buttocks are too much increase in size after dnc so pls help me to reduce my weight..pls pls help me...

You should cut down on carbohydrates and fats in the diet.
Carbohydrates sources are all cereals, fruits, juices, sugars.Reduce intake limiting to small portion size of cereal in meals.Always choose whole grains avoid refined cereals.
Fat sourcs are oil , ghee, butter, cream, cheese,fried foods ,bakery products, all these provides lot of calories which in turn makes you fat.
Consume lot of vegetables as they have Fibre ,it makes you feel full.
Do brisk walk or aerobics as it burns fat and helps you in loosing weight.
