Hi Doc, I am a 26 years old Indian working girl. My current weight is 63KG/139lbs and I want to loose 5 Kgs within 30days. Could you please suggest a feasible Diet plan for the above? Currently I have started taking Green tea and have stopped the intake of Sugar/Chocolate or excess oil in food.
