How To Lose Weight For A Total Knee Replacement?
Hi I am on DHC Continus 2 twice daily for knee pain pending a total knee replacement. I am having trouble sleeping and being comfortable because of pain II know that they are addictive can I take Imovane to try too sleep as I have tried most remedies to no avail I am a 68 year old woman with no major health problems I have just lost 29kgs and I have to loose another 18kg before I cab have the knee replacement. can u advise me. l
