I been to dr because my feet hurt and result all because of my weight. I try to loose it but still nothing is working . I try pill over counter and nothing is working ,. Blood test is good overall my physical is good. I do exercise twice a week. I love to try amphetamine for my appetite but is hard for me to ask my dr. So how can I get it?
At the first eat natural food - vegetables and fruits every 4hours less in 2times as usual. Don't eat after 6 p.m. Drink only green tea-till 6 cups Eat more proteins then carbohydrates Do exersises more often 3 times in a week Swimming, playing badminton,cycling, walking by stair are very helpful. Drink flax seeds , boil them in water and drink this water
