hello, i am kmjklha, just started with weight loss i am 30yrs female, height 5'2 & 75 kgs of weight married with a small son of 3 yrs, the city where i stay i have a very very low activity profile i mean hardly we have activities to do... my question is still being on portion control n eating 5-6 times mini meal n 6days 45 mins home workout with 30mins trademill n 15 mins floor exercise can help me to lose weight of can u suggest me some good guidlines... i would really appreciate it!
