i am 30 @ 240 pounds, I had a baby at 26 weeks via Cesarian 2 years ago & patella surgery 7 years ago. I eat less than 500 calories a day and work about 100 or more hours a week standing the whole time. When i get home from work i can not walk from pain and swelling in my knee from standing all day ...which makes it almost imposable for me to work out. how can i lose weight.
