hello doctor ...i need ur advice pls, i am totally relying on this site....i am 21 yrs girl,60 kgs,and 5.2 inches... i want to reduce 10 kgs fast...i am posting my routine so if you can check and let me know where i am wrong... in morning, i take tea with around 2 biscuits... Then i skip rope (2000 jumps) then in breakfast i take a cup of milk with 1 rusk.. in lunch i take salad , one n a half chapati, sabzi.... in evening i take tea with 2 biscits again... then around 8 o clock at night,i take half chapati and sabzi.... Then i ride stationary cycle for 40 minutes... at 10 i again take tea with one rusk... and at night 11 i take last tea with rusk or biscuits.... tea is alwzs wdout sugar.. despite all exercise from 10 days, i cant reduce a single gram.m really confused... and doctor please also reply how much water to drink with this routine... plz reply doctor y i cnt lose any weight....
