How To Loss Weight Despite Exercise ?

hello doctor ...i need ur advice pls, i am totally relying on this site....i am 21 yrs girl,60 kgs,and 5.2 inches... i want to reduce 10 kgs fast...i am posting my routine so if you can check and let me know where i am wrong... in morning, i take tea with around 2 biscuits... Then i skip rope (2000 jumps) then in breakfast i take a cup of milk with 1 rusk.. in lunch i take salad , one n a half chapati, sabzi.... in evening i take tea with 2 biscits again... then around 8 o clock at night,i take half chapati and sabzi.... Then i ride stationary cycle for 40 minutes... at 10 i again take tea with one rusk... and at night 11 i take last tea with rusk or biscuits.... tea is alwzs wdout sugar.. despite all exercise from 10 days, i cant reduce a single gram.m really confused... and doctor please also reply how much water to drink with this routine... plz reply doctor y i cnt lose any weight....

Dear,loosening weight is a mission and requires time.

Your diet is very perfect and now no more restriction of diet.

You are doing exercise is also good and sufficient.

Now only you have to is wait and watch,you will definitely loose your weight.

Only you have to do is go for thyroid test to rule out thyroid.

Hello.welcome.Any dieting and exercising regime takes time to show it's effect.You have hardly given only 10 days into it.Be patient and give this at least 4 to 6 months.Also get yourthyroid status checked.All the dieting regime fail because of impatience.In this diet you replace rusk with brown or multigrain bread in the evening and that too only once.Good luck.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Your diet is adequate and initially ti takes around 15-20 days to show any response. You need to take a multivitamin and multimineral supplements to avoids their deficiencies, add green vegetables and salad and at least 4 litres of water daily for better results. Try to reduce the number of biscuits and replace them with roasted grams or popcorns.

YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT YOUR WEIGHT IS ABSOLUTELY NORMAL W.R.T HEIGHT AND SEX,
YOU SHOULD ALSO BE PLEASED TO KNOW THAT YOUR DIET AND EXERCISE CHART ARE GOOD AND SUFFICIENT.
REMEMBER,SO CALLED "ZERO SIZE" DOES NOT MEAN HEALTHIER PHYSICAL STATE RATHER IT CAN PROVE DANGEROUS.
SO,RATHER TO FOCUS ON SLIMNESS ,FOCUS ON GOOD PHYSICAL HEALTH .
