How To Lower Blood Pressure?

Hi could please gave me some advise, i am on eliqis 5 mg twice daily, sandoz-amiodarone 200mg once daily and sublinox 10 mg one at night for sleeping. for the last few my blood presure is very high systolic is 166, diastolic is 110, pulse is 78 , can you please gave some me some advise what i can use to lower my blood presure . thanks
