How To Lower Blood Sugar Levels?

I am taking daily ECLIDE-XR 60 tablets, morning one, midday one, night,1/2 tab.before meals. I,checked my Fasting Blood sugar...120 mgdl, and after taking tiffen, 2 hours, later, it shoot-up 320 mgdl. Morning I am taking HUMUN INSULIN 30/40, 30 units, afternoon,17 units, night,23 units.What ur, suggestion to lower my sugar, after tiffen.

Your blood sugar rises to 320mgdl two hours after tiffen if i have to treat such a patient i will advise to replace the tiffen with plenty of vegetsbles and try to control blood sugar by diet control and vigrous exercise..then check it You should increase insulin dose if this way you are unable to control.
