Psychiatrist 's  Response
hello..u have said that u r having an anxiety disorder, so u must have visited a psychiatrist n if u havent visited then u shud visit one. the meds u are taking is combination of flupenthixol/melitracen which is now rarely given by a psychiatrist to a patient of anxiety disorder..u shud not take this medication.

first of all, i wud like to say that treatment of psychiatric disorder is not like a treatment of fever, it require a time to effect and when u r benefited u shud not stop it within 15 days or a month otherwise the symptoms will be back soon..there are guidelines for treatment for anxiety disorder, if u are improving on the medications then u shud take them for at least 6 to 8 months after your symptoms have completely improved and stop meds only after u consult a psychiatrist.

as such the meds are nor addictive except the alprazolam which is a short acting benzodiazepine having high addiction potential..when u take psychotropic meds for long time, their effects come by change in the chemical levels in the brain so when u stop them suddenly there will be mild discontinuation symptoms. so there are strategies for withdrawing meds in a patient taking it for long duration. take meds for at least 6 to 8 months and then stop according to advice from thr expert in your case is a psychiatrist.

meds: tablet. nexito [escitalopram 10 mg] once at night
tablet. lonazeo [clonazepam 0.25 mg] twice a day..if u have problem with yyour sleep then u can take two tablets of lonazep 0.25 mg at night time..

best of luck..continue exercise, meditation , yoga..
