dear sir.4D USG of my wife shows 23 weeks 6 days pregnancy .pelvicalyceal system of fetus shows minimal dilatation .AP diameter of that of rt kidney is 5.1mm and lt kidney is 4.6mm.what may be possible anomalies?my wife is a known case of bronchial asthma for last 8 years. she is taking salbutamol and beclomethasone inhaler irregularly.she had a history of threatened abortion during 6 weeks of present pregnancy.she used to take dydrogesterone(duphastone)10 mg 2 times daily upto 20 weeks of pregnancy following threatened abortion.now she is taking calcium,vit D,Zinc,Iron,folic acid.during threatened abortion she was advised to take phenobarbital,cefradine,inj nalbuphine hydrochlorire,inj prochlorperazine,I/V fluid,inj hyoscine butyl bromide.tab pantoparazole,inj visceralgine(antispasmodic).before confirm diagnosis of pregnancy she took metranidazole tab and hyoscine butyl bromide tab.but I am afraid of dilated pelvicalyceal systems.what may be possible foetal anomalies?what is your suggestions to overcome these pelvicalyceal dilatations? plz give me prescriptions
