General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the issue of pressure and pain after food stuck at certain level of esophagus or lower neck is an issue of grave concern.

* As the conventional measures have been tried for its removal, I would recommend to consult an ENT specialist in this instance for

@ indirect laryngoscopy and its removal with micro forceps instantly under local anesthesia .

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
