How To Overcome Heroin Addiction?

Dear doctor, my name is Shahrukh and am 23years old, 5.9 height and weight around 62kgs. I am addicted to heroin from 6,7 months and used to snort that. Amount of consumption on daily basis was around 0.5gram. I haven t use that from 12 hours and and am continuously sweating along with runny eyes and runny nose and not even a single drop of water is staying in my abdomen. What should I do?? I Need help please.
