Hello,

As the addiction sounds substantial, you must seek attention to an expert psychologist for counselling and medical support.

Till that time, you can help yourself with dedicated meditations, relaxation techniques, YOGA (if practised very sincerely, these can save you from psychologist visit, hard but 100 % result oriented ).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
