How To Overcome The Intestinal Pain While Passing Gas?
For about a week I have had intestinal pain passing gas. Earlier today, I was sitting on the toilet and got nauseated and sweating. I have a dull pain most of the time, but when it comes to passing gas, sometimes it is so severe I can hardly stand the pain.

Hi. The first simple thing to diagnose such a case is to have an X-ray of abdomen in a standing position when you are in pain.
This can give us the diagnosis of volvulus/ obstruction of some sort.
After preparation of the bowel you can go for enteroclysis to detect the site of the lesion.
The findings will decide the further treatment.
