How To Overcome The Numbness On My Left Side Due To Stroke?

hi I,m donna I was in the hospital on the 13 of nov. and I have signs of a stroke and my left side went num and my head started hurt then I could see. my left arm and leg went num too. so they said I had a small stroke but that,s it so now what do I do? they send me home with a walker my left side is still hard for me to use at time special to walk, my left eye is buryer at times?

It is unfortunate that you had a stroke and you are left with residual numbness and weakness affecting the left side of body.

However, there is no need to worry, as you would improve with regular exercises. You should take the help of a physiotherapist in planning the exercise regimen.

In addition, you should continue the medicines such as aspirin to prevent the recurrence of stroke.
