How To Overcome The Pain In My Leg?

Sir am 24 male from india , since last few months I'm getting pain in my leg , after few minutes of sitting I cant stand immediately feel pain in my leg.. it feels like nerves are stretching,and the pain get relief after 5 minutes, even I cant sit in indian style toilet for more than 5 minutes. Boths the leg sleep and then cant able to stand with out support.
am jus 68 kg and 179 cm height. .ideal weight. Please help me out from this issue..or suggest me some medical treatment. .

Hi,
From the symptoms you describe, I suspect you may have a disc problem in your lower back. Therefore, I suggest you have an MRI scan of your back to assess this. In the meantime, exercises to strengthen the muscles in your lower back will help.
