Hi,Fahim,
Thanks for query,
Among child girl uti is common as she moves in unhealthy places where she becomes infected.
Wear shorts having elastic in both parts of short.
Clean private parts daily while giving bath.
She should not put her fingers near her private parts.
Give plenty of water,
If reccurent infection is there then go for sensitivity test and after that go for long antibiotic course.
Ok and bye.

Hi well come to HCM.
In female UTI is very common as urethra is very short and as anatomically it is near
to anal opening chances of getting infection are there from the opening, urethra in
female is short and straight in female.Only proper cleaning of the opening after each
motion and area surrounding urethra will prevent recurrent infection. thanks, take care

Many people treat it with antibiotics , but the treatment is not completely .Antibiotics produce drug resistance, and your infection wasn't eliminate at all. so the symptoms reoccurred. It can't get radically cured by taking antibiotics. Discharge shows inflammation. Why don't you try traditional Chinese medicine "Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill" which is capable of curing female reproductive and urinary system diseases. It has no side effects or drug resistance for the pills are made by herbals. Many patients with Urinary Tract infection have been cured. I suggest you have treatment as soon as possible, because it probably lead inflammation to other organs in genitourinary system.

Hello.welcome.please get a proper c/s of urine done and give the antibiotics for 2 weeks at least.take proper personal hygiene measures. Most important is after defecation the cleaning should be done from front to back and not from back to front as it is done usually. This will prevent from fecal contamination of her urethra, which is the commonest cause.Good luck.
