How To Put On Weight?

HI, my name is nadia arshad and i m 27, my weight is 39 kg. I m eating like normal people but i can t gain weight and my health condition is getting worse day by day and i am getting too much skinny, n i have constipation too. dr gave me few major tests here they are attached with file.

Hello,

Gaining weight is not an easy task. It requires lot of time and patience. To gain weight, you need to monitor your diet and calories. Calculate calories you need to take daily to gain weight and eat accordingly. Prefer high protein diet. Start going to gym for regular workout. Eat small meals every 2 hours rather than 2 full meals. Sleep at least 8 hours a day and avoid stress.
