Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi Dr. I am 26 years old, as at last year, I was weighing 46, later took feroglobin syrup, I became 52. I discovered that food seems to easily digest in my system. I need to gain a little weight. My busts look like that of a 12 year old, could be embarrassing sometimes. Please help. Thanks.
To answer your question, I would need some more information such as: 1. Have you been like this since always or have just started losing weight? 2. Are you allergic to any food type? 3. How many times you pass stools in a day and its consistency? 4. Do you have any intolerance to the hot environment or if your skin is always dry and hot to touch? 5. If female, then your menstrual history.
If the answer to all these questions is not specific, then I would suggest increasing your meal frequency. Have meals or snacks every 3 to 4 hours.
Start some multivitamins and anti-oxidants along with protein shakes and exercise.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Pooja Sanap
