How To Quit Smoking?

I have quit smoking and it is day three of no smoking. My throat feels like it is layered with flem and my earns feel blocked as if im landing from a flight and they wont pop. Can you please tell me what to do as I do not want to go back to smoking to get rid of this?

As you stopped smoking suddenly, which is causing withdrawal in your case. But there is no need to worry as withdrawal will last 1-2 weeks only. Till that time remain motivated towards de addiction from smoking.

If there is severe discomfort and you are not able to stop smoking yourself then, for deaddiction you can meet nearby psychiatrist. In treatment anti-craving (like bupropion) and nicotine replacement therapy (for withdrawal control) are helpful.
