How To Recognize Implantation Bleeding?

I had my periods on 1st june, but now it is 21st july and I didn t have my periods yet. I had intercouse before month of june .was the period I had on 1st june a implantation bleeding? I have used test kit to confirm pregnancy but it is showing negative

Well, it is very difficult to say accurately whether it was implantation bleeding or not .
But possibility of implantation bleeding is more because of negative pregnancy test and your timing of unprotected Intercourse.
Your absent menstrual bleeding is mostly due to hormonal imbalance.
So better to consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination and hormone levels.
You may need hormonal pills to regulate your menses.
Don't worry, you will be alright. Better to avoid unprotected Intercourse.
