How To Recover From An Electrical Shock That Has Turned My Hand Black, Numb And Tingling?

Hello Sir,
Approximately 2 hours ago I got shocked from an electrical outlet. The end of the plug was duct taped to the cord. I turned off the iron and used my right hand to unplug the actual plug from the outlet itself. There was a crackling and fire-like explosion and my hand immediately turned black and I smelt a foul odor. I realized my skin melted from the shock and my entire hand turned black. I have numbness and tingling and it has since traveled up my right arm, and my right hand is extremely swollen. Do I need to seek medical attention?
