How To Recover From Knee Cap Fracture?
Hi,
My dad recently has fell on his knee and seems to have broke knee cap from the x-ray exam. The ER doctor has noted that no need to have surgery but has given knee imobilzier. I am wondering would it be ok to have knee protector to help it and also use warm treatment to help with the recovery? Or anything else that will help with the recovery? Thanks

hi take rest for some times have good nutrition food more protein and vitamins with coolgen conatining substance than go for phsitherapy
