How To Recover Speech After Stroke Due To Hypertrophic Cardio Myopathy?
dear doctor,
my brother had a kind of stroke recently. It was told that he is suffering from Hypertrophic cardio myopathy. Blood was cloated in the heart and was moved to the brain. As a result of stoke his one side was paralysed and he became unconscious. Within 3 hours of stroke some medicine costing 45000 rupees was given. And within 3 days he was able to move. And within one week he started walkin. But still he is not able to speak properly. What Shall we do to recover his speech?

It will require time need speech therapy and physiotherapy...it will improve but ...to prevent further episode he need to be on medicine...
