I exercise (water aerobics 3 times a week) and try to eat healthy most of the time. Fish, vegetables but I cheat from time to time with chocolate. I drink coffee every morning & I use cream & trivia. I m at 168, 66 years old and 5 5 . Belly fat is my real issue - can you suggest do s or don ts?
Best way to reduce a fat at belly part is do a exercise per day. Running and swimming etc helpful.... Do some diet and lifestyle modifications like...
Avoid sugar rich sweetener drink. Take more protein rich foods.Take high fiber rich food in your diet that one improve metalic activity and less fat accumlation.
Calculate every day calories you are taking and modify accordingly. Do everyday excercise . Physical excercise is best way to reduce a fat.
