Good morfning Dr Grief, I have just read a long article about Instaflex , a supplement to reduce arthritis and joint pain,which purports to be readlly effective. What is your opi nion? I am 74 years old and have been suffering from knee pain for a year and ankle pain for a few months. Thanks
