I am a 13 year old girl and I think I m fat. It s not too much my looks (though it does bother me) but more about my health. I can barely run 200 metres without nearly collapsing. I weigh 10 stone and I m about 5 4 in hight. If it is unhealthy can you please tell me how I can loose some weight. Thanks!
