How To Reduce Fat In The Body?

Hi, I am having issues getting rid of my tummy fat after having 4 kids and want to get my ab s back I have tried the Garcinia Cambogia pills and was working out and instead of losing weight I was gaining weight. Now I am trying Flush the Fat with Internal Flush, I am almost done the bottle and still no results. I was wondering if it could be cause I am on the depo shot for every three months, but I have been on it before for 6 years and didn t gain any weight and at the time I wasn t trying to lose any weight either. Need some idea s on what I should start trying.

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello,

Given the fact that you are taking hormones, it is better to consult an endocrinologist to discuss better what can you do more to lose weight. However, the first steps are a healthy lifestyle, physical activity and a lot of water.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
