Hello dear, The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to Viral fever. Symptomatic management involves: 1. Analgesic anti-pyretic agents like Paracetamol. 2. Anti tussive preparations for control of cough. 3. Anti histamine preparations can also be used for the same. 4. Maintain adequate hydration & proper nutrition. If there is no relief even after 02 days, you need to get certain investigations like complete blood count, urine examination, peripheral smear for malaria, Dengue check, blood culture & X ray of chest.
