How To Reduce Pain Due To Lumbar Spondylosis?

I have been suffering for 3-4 months with severe lower back pain associated with nerve irritation, left facet joint pain. I have had MRI, Bone Scan, x-ray of hips/lumbar spine, pelvis and SI joints. it has been revealed that I am suffering from lumbar spondylosis with lower lumbar facet joint arthrosis and discogenic disease. I have also had a nerve block and cortisone injection into left facet joint with not much relief. My symptoms are extreme pain lower back into top of thigh (increased with sitting). When walking pain seems less but legs feel heavy. I am having physio and have been recomended to do stretching exercises which dont seem to be helping. Any advice on how to go forward ? Have seen 3 neuro surgeons who have not offered me any assistance.
