How To Reduce Pain In Knee When Diagnosed With Arthritis?

Hi, I have severe pain in my right knee caused by artherits. I have been taking Aleve and some times Tylenol extra strength but the pain is still there. It s been more the 20 days now. What is best to do. I am 66 years old and been quiet active before. I take BP medicine too for hyper tension

Mostly you suffer of acute over chronic OA(Osteoarthritis).
You can take painkillers like Aceclofenac 100 mg/day ,take some good
rest and wear kneecap while walking.
You can go to physiotherapist for laser treatment and Quadriceps
exercise for good long term relief.
If pain persists than It is advisable to get the knee x ray done and
visit orthopedic surgeon.
