I am doing regular exercise like walking for 40 minutes and breathing exercise for 40 minutes -for the last One Year. There are good improvements in my general health but still my tummy's size has not come down. It looks like a pregnant lady's belly. Is there any method by which I can reduce the size.
hello, thank you for the question.but I'm afraid to tell that belly fat does not reduce without doing exercises which are meant only for the abdominal (tummy) muscles.any other form of exercise will help you in reducing your overall weight but kindly search for videos showing exercises for abdominal muscles and do those or consult a gym trainer to know more about those specific exercises .you will surely see the results .
