How To Reduce Weight By Diet Control And Exercises ?
I am 21 years old female.. From my school days itself, i dint participate in any sports activity. And also my height is 153cm and weighs 58 kg. I ve fat accumulates more on my belly and my tummy. Now i want to join in defence and so i need to be fit and also need to increase my stamina. How can i reduce my weight by diet control and exercises.
Take small frequent meals and consume diet which is low in fat, sugar and limit the intake of starchy foods like rice, potato,yam etc. Avoid high calorie fruits like sapota, custard apple, banana, grapes, mango and ripe jack fruit. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily. Start a walk at normal speed of 10 - 15 minutes and then gradually increase to 45 - 60 minutes.
Take a portion of salads before starting the meals. Never skip meals and if you feels hungry during the day take a glass of plain water with a portion of protein rich foods like a handful of roasted channa, steamed sprouts, boiled legumes etc. Never sleep immediately after the meals.
Remember exercises are very important.
